- Walkable neighborhoods with restaurants, bars, and shops
- Closer to work (if you work downtown)
- More cultural events (museums, concerts, sports)
- Higher property values over time
- Less driving, more Uber/Lyft
Cons:
- Higher home prices per square foot
- Smaller lots and less yard space
- More traffic and noise
- Higher property taxes (usually)
- Older homes that may need renovations

Legacy West (Plano): Upscale, walkable, corporate headquarters, and luxury apartments/condos. Prices: $500,000–$1,000,000+.
